Collagen is a natural protein found in dogs' connective tissue. It is an essential component of cartilage, tendons, ligaments, bones and skin.

Innovative Collagen Plus products

Our unique Collagen Plus products consist of nano-hydrolyzed, bioactive collagen peptides from Swiss cattle. They are manufactured in Switzerland and offer the highest quality.

Conventional collagen peptides have a size of 5000-8000 Dalton. Since the stomach pores can only directly absorb molecules up to a maximum size of 4000 Dalton without having to break them down first, our nano-hydrolyzed collagen peptides with a size of 2000 Dalton are particularly effective.

Improved absorption thanks to rose hip

The absorption of collagen is supported by the rose hip, which is rich in vitamin C and has many positive properties for healthy joints.

Supplemented with hemp protein

Since collagen does not contain the full spectrum of all essential amino acids, Collagen Plus is supplemented with hemp protein. Hemp protein also provides zinc and copper, which are necessary for enzyme activity in collagen formation.

The Role of Nucleotides

Nucleotides are necessary for the synthesis of collagen fibers. They provide the building blocks for the amino acids that make collagen and are important for the function of fibroblasts, the cells that produce collagen. Nucleotides help fibroblasts to properly synthesize and organize collagen fibers.
